uncomfortable bed complete board
the bar menu was excellent for a hotel.
i had a terrible night's sleep as the bed was very uncomfortable. there was no support on the base of the bed, just a complete board. every time i moved, the whole bed creaked and woke my partner up (it was really annoying).

large television ample towels steady temperature
The ROOM was a queen room and it included a large television. I noted a fridge was also available. Bathroom amenities included ample towels and toiletries. The air conditioning worked very well, keeping the temperature steady.
some noise came from the hallway late at night.

The reception staff were very efficient during check in. A member of the concierge team assisted with luggage and provided helpful information about the hotel facilities. Staff generally responded to requests quickly.

Breakfast offered a selection of hot and cold items, including pastries and fresh fruit. The restaurant had a separate bar area, where I saw cocktails. I did see that dinner service included options such as steak and pasta.

Underwhelming Stay. Mediocre Food
overcooked chicken poor service
I must say the bar service left much to be desired. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. It only contained a few anchovies, and the chicken was overcooked. No one offered me any condiments, and my empty plate sat there for over an hour. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves, even though the hotel wasn't busy. I don't think I will return.

fab stay!
spacious room clean room comfy bed plentiful tea
the room was really spacious and clean. it had a comfy bed i slept really well in. the tea and coffee was plentiful and i even got skimmed milk when i asked for it. i used the free wifi and it was really fast.
the tv wasn't a smart tv, just freeview.

the breakfast had lots of options. it was all fresh and tasty. they had a great variety of food choices, hot and cold. it was a great way to start the day.

the hotel is modern and clean. i liked the gym it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. wifi is free throughout the hotel, it works really well.

the hotel is conveniently located just off the m4. this makes it easy to get to. there are also nearby stores like costa and greggs, its great.

The bar area was spacious. The menu had great choices. The food was nice. I tried the chicken club wrap.
the bed was not very comfortable and very HARD. It was also a very creaky bed. I WOULDN'T stay in the hotel again for the price i spent for one night FOR the comfort.
